An Install Lead
Responsibilities:
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Oversee job sites to ensure efficiency and quality
- Train and mentor Install Helpers
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Requirements:
- Proven HVAC installation experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean background required
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
