Southwest Heating & Cooling actually CARES. They came out on exceedingly short notice today and quite literally helped save a real estate deal for me.

Mike was spot on with his diagnosis based on a text and pictures, and he made sure Joe arrived with the necessary part in hand and ready to install. Joe got the issue taken care of quickly, and what could have become a major last-minute problem was resolved.

I am selling a condo that the buyers used an inspector from hell.Southwest installed the system two years ago so I asked them to provide an inspection by an authorized technician. The buyers tortured me with stupid questions about various components of the system. I had to pester Joe my Technician and Lisa the office manager with picayune questions and details. Exceptional Service !

Southwest Heating & cooling recently installed a new central A/C unit at mother’s home. She is 92 y/o with compromised health.
Mike & Lisa went above and beyond in securing the AC unit  & getting it installed promptly.

They were thorough and timely. They were extremely kind and gentle with Mom.

All communications were clear, concise and timely.

Jonas and Joey did a great job installing a heat pump with backup furnace. The installation took two full days, in part because we didn't already have an air conditioner. Throughout the process, they worked hard without breaks while being extremely courteous. They took the time to answer all my "stupid user" questions, and also answered many questions I didn't think to ask. My basement and garage are cleaner now than before they came.
