He checked everything and made certain all the filters were clean and everything was working properly before he left. Mr. Burnett is a true professional, very knowledgeable of his trade. He’s well organized, serious about his work, hardworking, personable, prompt, respectful and efficient. He is a great ambassador for Southwest Heating and Cooling. After he finished his inspection, he went over everything he did and answered a couple of questions I had.
