The furnace was not working properly and an arctic freeze was on the way. He checked everything and made certain all the filters were clean and everything was working properly before he left. Mr. Burnett is a true professional, very knowledgeable of his trade. He’s well organized, serious about his work, hardworking, personable, prompt, respectful and efficient. He is a great ambassador for Southwest Heating and Cooling. After he finished his inspection, he went over everything he did and answered a couple of questions I had.
