April 2026: Just had our Spring maintenance with Hayden Burnett. He was on time, professional, thorough and a true gentleman. Very thrilled with the service he provided. Hope to see him again next time. October 2025: We had Christian Meyers perform our semiannual routine maintenance on our air conditioner and furnace. Christian was on time, thorough and explained everything to us. A true professional and only what we've encountered since we started working with Southwest Heating and Cooling. Lisa and Cathy in the office can answer all your questions, help with installation dates, etc.... We just contracted with them to replace our water heater. While Christian was servicing our unit, he was able to provide an estimate for the replacement. Scheduling was made easy with a call to the office. Our new water heater will be installed in less than a week. June 2022 We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed. We had an immediate need. Mike, owner, met with us personally to review options from last year. Tony and Ray were terrific installers. On time, professional, left our place spotless. They went over all my questions. The office staff took care of all product registrations and rebate offers. This was a great outcome for us. Great job. July 2021 Great choice we made having Southwest Heating and Cooling service our unit. On time, spent time explaining to us what our system status is, etc.... Jake was great to work with. He left us with options on a new system, explained our options, reviewed their annual maintenance plan with us and overall treated us like family. In the end my project went another direction but I wanted to take a moment to write these guys a review anyway. I don't know a thing about AC units and I called a handful of companies in the area to quote my AC replacement project. Out of all of the companies that came to my home Mike the owner at Southwest Heating and Cooling cared the most about making sure I knew the realities and limitations of different installs whether they were his or not. Hayden Burnett was a pleasure to meet. He came to tune my air conditioner and found a couple of things that he mentioned I might want to replace, given the age of the unit. I agreed. SW Heating has been a great company to have for our heating and A/C. Today Hayden Burnett from SW serviced our furnace as part of our Club membership's annual maintenance. Hayden was fantastic. He was polite, thorough and honest and explained everything he did. He solved a couple of "mysteries" about our furnace and thermostat, and ensured everything was in top-notch working order. He gave us what we needed most for our furnace: peace of mind that all was working. Also, he came back and did some much-needed maintenance on our A/C unit -- compressor and all.
