My furnace and A/C unit had finally given up the ghost after 40 plus years, and it was time to replace both along with my water heater which was over 20 years old. Southwest did an excellent job especially Kolvey White and Jonas Desceenie. They were on time, all of the equipment was ready to go, and the install was extremely professional and clean. Their respect for my property was terrific, they answered all of my questions, and showed me how the system operated. Both techs were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Southwest to anyone looking for a new system, or to repair an existing system.
