Southwest Heating & cooling recently installed a new central A/C unit at mother’s home. She is 92 y/o with compromised health.
Mike & Lisa went above and beyond in securing the AC unit  & getting it installed promptly.

They were thorough and timely. They were extremely kind and gentle with Mom.

All communications were clear, concise and timely.

The installation took two full days, in part because we didn't already have an air conditioner. Throughout the process, they worked hard without breaks while being extremely courteous. They took the time to answer all my "stupid user" questions, and also answered many questions I didn't think to ask. My basement and garage are cleaner now than before they came.
